Ricker Winsor

Ricker Winsor is an American painter and writer living in Surabaya, Indonesia.  He was the editor of Harry Callahan: Color, a coffee table book featuring the color photography of American photographer Harry Callahan.  The book won the “best illustrated book” award by the U.S. Graphic Arts Society in 1980.  Ricker is the author of three other books: Pakuwon City, Letters from the East, The Painting of My Life, and Tik Tok, a collection of poems and drawings all published by Mud Flat Press in Olympia, Washington.  A collection of essays will be published in 2018.

Ricker Winsor studied American and Russian Literature at Brown University and Painting and Drawing at Rhode Island School of Design where he received an MFA.  He is a major contributor to the online magazine, “Reflets du Temps” in Paris, France.  His website is rickerwinsor.com and his author page at Amazon is: https://www.amazon.com/-/e/B00GU143TW
